    Enjoyed. Very well explained. Am coming back from injury. I really don’t no
    what sort of progression to expect 12 weeks of training. Phase 1 predicting
    what sort of mileage to do with out risking injury

    I use to be able to do a 6:45 pace 5k less than 5 months ago then I started
    half marathon training I finsihed my half in record time but my 5k time has
    really struggled I am lucky to get a 7:20 pace anymore it is frustrating
