Question by ameme079: What outdoor activities can I do to burn fat and lose weight?
By “activities”, I mean exercises that you can do outside. Like biking, jogging, XC, sports, etc. What things would be good to burn fat and lose weight (hopefully around the midsection, and back area)?

Running is the best thing to do when you want to lose weight. Nurtrition is a very important part in this as well, if you do not find running alone fun try something else such as swimming, biclying, you cna also try well known sports such as baseball, tennis, soccer and much more. Trust me keep dedicated and you will see great results soon.
