Question by : How do you train for the 300 workout?
Basically I want to know how to train to be able to do the 300 workout by next summer (preferably quickly). However I can’t do pull ups and I definitely can’t do the 24 inch box jump either lol. What exercises would be good to train to be able to do this workout? (for each aspect of it)
